AicoBuild is a platform that allows users to submit web application ideas, vote on community ideas, and participate in revenue sharing for selected and developed applications.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Idea Submission

When you submit an idea to AicoBuild:

• You retain ownership of your original idea
• You grant AicoBuild a non-exclusive license to develop, market, and commercialize applications based on your idea
• You warrant that your idea is original and does not infringe on third-party rights
• You agree to the revenue sharing terms outlined in the Submission Terms

5. Community Voting

The voting system is designed to gauge community interest:

• Each user may vote once per idea
• Votes cannot be transferred or sold
• We reserve the right to remove fraudulent or manipulated votes
• Reaching the vote threshold does not guarantee development

6. Revenue Sharing

For ideas selected for development:

• Revenue sharing percentages are determined on a case-by-case basis
• Payments are made quarterly for applications generating revenue
• Minimum payout threshold applies
• Detailed terms are provided in separate Submission Terms

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Submit ideas that infringe on intellectual property rights
• Post harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Manipulate the voting system
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the platform
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

We do not guarantee that submitted ideas will be selected for development or that developed applications will be profitable.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL AICOBUILD BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
